GETTING STARTED

If you are the Principal Account Holder (PAH), you need to set up:
- 1. Your Year Levels
- 2. Your Stymie Notification Recipients (SNR's).
- Send yourself a notification!
- Stymie complements Your School's existing welfare structure/bullying policies and procedures. It would be timely to revisit your procedures to ensure a consistency of response among SNR's.
- Ensure that your staff, students and parents know that your school is using Stymie. Please show them the vimeo video here.
- Our Director offers staff, student and parent development sessions about bullying, the role of the bystander and every one's responsibility in the cycle of bullying. If you are interested, please contact us here. Sessions can be tailored to your school's context and run between 30 minutes and one hour.
- The students need to be given an information session about how to use Stymie. They need to be shown through the notification page, the vimeo video and made aware of the site address and their responsibility in using the site. The 'I'm A Student' page (in the menu bar) could also be shown at this information session.
- Please back up any notifications you receive; we do not receive or store your notification data.

STYMIE NOTIFICATION RECIPIENTS (SNR's)

Hi , you are the Principal Account Holder (PAH) for .
Add, edit and delete staff who are responsible for receiving Stymie Notification emails.
Personal email addresses are not permitted.
Due to security reasons, you cannot modify an email address. You must delete and create a new Recipient with the correct email address.
It is a requirement that you have at least two Stymie Notification Recipients (this includes the PAH and at least one other SNR).
As the PAH, you will receive all notifications.
A staff member can have multiple Year Levels (year groups, house groups etc.). You can manage Year Levels for your School here.
You can suspend all Stymie Notifications to your school during periods when SNR's are unavailable to attend to their email. When your account is in suspended mode, any new Notifications will be held in a backlog and delivered when your account is activated again.
Our school is currently not receiving notifications between the hours of 17:00 and 06:00 and on weekends
